Since I’m not particularly religious and Christmas is celebrated on the 7th of January here, I only begin to realize in the last moment that this big holiday is just around the corner. This usually means that the Christmas tree needs to be decorated quickly. And for me that’s always a “last-minute action”. 😉
This time I decorated my Christmas tree a bit earlier in order to be able to also take a couple of pictures in a more relaxed atmosphere. After all, you don’t often get the chance to shoot photos of the Christmas tree decoration. While doing so, I was surprised how close you can zoom in the fairly small Christmas balls with the DP2Q and the Raynox DCR-250 despite the short 30mm focal length. With this combination I’m certainly going on a macro photo stroll in the next few days.
Since many fellow bloggers show pictures of their Christmas decorations, I’d like to do the same thing now. 🙂
Have your already decorated your Christmas tree or will it turn out to be a “last-minute action” for you as well?
