More Black-and-White Photos!

Again, I was on the road late afternoon and evening, but this time I took the SD1 Merrill with me instead of the two DPMs. The lens of my choice was the 30mm f/1.4 Art, which practically replaced my darling EX. I have edited the high-ISO shots again according to the here described method. In short, you only use the image information from the most light-sensitive blue channel to distinctly improve the noise performance. Cats and dogs were the best subjects to find during this photo tour. The four-legged friends can be viewed on Flickr in full resolution. As long as this is even desirable at a light sensitivity of ISO3200. 😛
