Taking a Walk with the 30mm f/1.4 ART

I have been meaning to take a walk with this new toy of mine several days ago, but in this heat you feel like a fish out of the water. The last thing you want to think about is taking pictures. Late afternoon, I was able to prompt myself to do it. In the middle of the tour, befogged by all the heat, I didn’t even realize I took some underexposed photos. With one or two of them, it was at least two aperture stops. So please don’t be surprised at the terrible noise. 😛 So far, I like the 30mm f/1.4 ART a lot. Widest aperture sharpness is impressive especially with the cats pictures. As soon as the heat subsides (it is said to be raining tomorrow), I will venture outside with both 30s and do a little comparison of sharpness. All of the presented photos are available in full resolution on Flickr. 🙂
